The technical support of the equipment used by ENACT S.A. for the execution of solid waste management projects is a particularly important process for our company, as its proper implementation ensures the uninterrupted operation of our equipment and, consequently, the seamless execution of the solid waste management projects we undertake.
Our company operates a modern production and technical support facility for waste management equipment, including a washing and lubrication station, a paint shop, and a parking area for trucks.
The regular or emergency maintenance and repair of our company’s equipment is carried out in accordance with the specifications of the technical manuals, the programs, and the instructions of each manufacturer. The technical support facility is fully equipped and used exclusively for servicing the company’s equipment. It is outfitted with a complete range of specialized tools, workshop equipment, and diagnostic machines to ensure optimal maintenance and the swift handling of any task. It is staffed by appropriately trained technical personnel with many years of experience (vehicle mechanics, technicians specialized in superstructure repair, and other trained staff), capable of covering every need related to repair, maintenance, or preventive inspection.
Our company’s workshop maintains a fully organized warehouse with all the necessary spare parts in sufficient quantities to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.
Comprehensive technical support of the equipment also includes handling technical malfunctions and emergency incidents—a process whose organization and completeness are particularly important, as it aims at the timely and thorough resolution of issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. In cases where a malfunction can be addressed on the road but further technical assistance is required, our company provides mobile workshops for on-site vehicle repairs.
