Biomass is a renewable material and this is the main advantage as an energy source compared with fossil fuels, which are not renewed and run continuously. Biomass is the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste as defined in Directive 2001 / 77/EC.
Energy production from biomass is a key objective of the company we already operate an alternative management program of Used Edible oils and fats for green energy production.
The company provides management services for used cooking oil in order to produce biofuels, reducing in this way the dependence on fossil fuels (coal, oil, gas) and at the same time minimizing the environmental impact of these activities.

The diversion of (biodegradable) sludge from landfills dictated by the European Directive 1999/31/EC, in order to achieve the goal of immediate and significant reduction of biodegradable materials which are driven to the landfills (25% by 2010, 50% by 2013 and 65% by 2020).The company provides integrated services of dewatered sludge produced in the WWTP.
ENACT S.A. undertakes the collection and transport of dewatered sludge to a licensed facility for further treatment in order to reuse or dispose. In this way, we ensure our partners legitimacy in accordance with the relevant legislation and regulations.
The company offers complete solutions in the field of bulky objects and features numerous fleet vehicles and bins of various capacities placed at predetermined locations for the disposal of bulky items that cannot be transported in conventional collection vehicles (furniture, mattresses, beds, etc.) It also uses modern fleet management programs for the proper organization and promptness of services.
Bulky items are carried in licensed plants for crushing, recycling and then final disposal in landfills. In other cases it is possible on site shredding in landfills with removable shredders is also impossible.
ENACT S.A. undertakes the collection, transportation and management of construction waste from projects involving excavation, construction or demolition of new buildings.
Building waste is transported to a waste construction plant and then after produced into recycled products at low cost which can be successfully used in various applications.
